Robotic Welding Lines are production lines with multiple stations and transfer, engineered around the workpiece and process flow. Robotic welding lines are a primary example—but AGR lines are not limited to welding alone.
Depending on the workpiece and process, AGR combines welding, handling, load/unload, and related stations into a project-specific line.

Non-welding line
Lines that connect non-welding processes—such as automated press-process handling for lawn-mower housings. Handling, load/unload, and station-to-station transfer are configured per project.
Handling, assembly, welding, load/unload, station transfer, inspection, and other required stations are configured to the production conditions.
System integration
Multiple robot stations, line integration, transfer, welding, handling, connecting processes, fixtures and positioning, and external axes are integrated into one line for the project. That includes production lines linking assembly, finish welding, inspection, and transfer across stations.
A Robotic Welding Cell is a dedicated process and equipment package. A Robotic Welding Line connects multiple processes or stations with transfer. AGR lines are not limited to welding.
