Handling, assembly, welding, load/unload, station transfer, inspection, and other required stations are configured to the production conditions.

System integration

Multiple robot stations, line integration, transfer, welding, handling, connecting processes, fixtures and positioning, and external axes are integrated into one line for the project. That includes production lines linking assembly, finish welding, inspection, and transfer across stations.

A Robotic Welding Cell is a dedicated process and equipment package. A Robotic Welding Line connects multiple processes or stations with transfer. AGR lines are not limited to welding.

AGR provides remote and on-site technical support for delivered systems, including installation and commissioning, operator training, system setup, troubleshooting, maintenance support, and production ramp-up. Service scope is coordinated according to the system configuration, delivery region, project requirements, and agreed service arrangement.
