Validation in the group factory

Evaluate automation from a production perspective

AGR emphasizes a production perspective so automation fit is not judged from demo motion alone. We look at manufacturing process conditions to ask whether a configuration will keep running after installation.

In the AGR group structural-parts factory, automation is already applied in production in these areas:

  • Construction machinery structural parts
  • Wind generator stator and rotor welding
  • Gas cutting and bevel processing

These are production processes in use — not exhibition demo cells.

Robotic H-beam welding also has customer-facing system deployment on record.

AGR therefore evaluates more than whether a robot can move. We assess whether the work holds as a production process against criteria such as:

Global inquiries are handled through AGR’s technical assessment path. Share drawings, CAD, workpiece photos, material, plate thickness, and production conditions when available — that information helps the initial evaluation move forward.

Global coordination and after-sales support

AGR coordinates technical support from China, supported by regional contact points in Denmark and Canada. Installation, commissioning, and on-site assistance are arranged according to the project and service agreement.

Common consumables and selected spare parts can be stocked locally by agreement to reduce replenishment delays. Stock selection and availability are confirmed for the equipment and region.
